Sarah is a British/Greek national and has lived in the Mediterrean since 1973 moving to Greece in 1981. Originally from the Midlands, U.K. Sarah has lived in Morocco and in Spain and has lived and worked in Athens, Greece. Sarah moved to Kalamata, Messinia in the South Peloponesse in 1993; setting up McKellen-Messiniaki Properties, some years later, believing that there was a need for a fully informative and personalized real estate service in the area.

Dimitris  born and breed in Kalamata but with roots from Messinia and Lakonia Mani handles the Greek speaking side of the property business.

In 2004 we took part in the Channel 4 programme "A Place In The Sun". The couple viewing in the area, Tom and Tricia, returned in 2005 and purchased through our agency a new stone 2-bedroom house in the area of Raxes above Stoupa and near to the village of Neohori in the Mani.
