As licenced agents we do have property for rent on our books, but it must be noted that we do avoid taking holiday rentals which are more in line with tourist agencies; therefore, you will find that most of our rental properties are for long term leases only or short term lease of minimum 3 months.

Long Term Rentals: In Greece a long term rental is defined as minimum two years. Most long term rental properties are in the area of Kalamata and are rented out un-furnished. This means that you will supply all your own furnishings including the main electrical appliciance, lights and some time curtain rails. A minimum 2-month deposit/guarantee must be placed before receiving the key and the month rent is paid at the beginning of each month.

Short Term Rentals: Normally furnished accommodation with minimum lease of 3 months. Rents are higher due to the shortness of lease and alot of owners request that you vacate during the high season or pay a higher rent during this season.

Holiday Rentals: A variety of properties available on the coast and further in land. Prices vary depending on amenities and location. Please note that we avoid accepting such listings since this is more in line with holiday accommodation services and tourist agencies.
